Return Policy

PRODUCT CHANGE

Return your package easily and quickly within 14 days from the day of receipt by filling out the Change/Return Form.
If you have received your order with Box Now, use the same shipping number you received, to return your package to any box that serves you. Attention: you will type the shipping number and not the pin code for your return.
If you have received with any other Courier, you make the return with ELTA Courier with a charge to our company.

The first change costs €3.50 which is included in your new order and is paid upon delivery of your new package. For each subsequent change, the customer is charged the shipping costs of €5.00.

Products belonging to the “Underwear”, “Socks-tights” category are NOT exchangeable for hygiene reasons. All products must be returned new, unused, with the protective stickers intact, with all barcode tags attached to them.
Products that have been returned damaged or soiled will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer, with the return shipping cost charged to them. 
The new products you choose must be of equal or greater value than the products you want to exchange. Any monetary difference is not offset by shipping costs.

PRODUCT RETURN

You can choose a refund for your order. First, fill out the Exchange/Return Form. The process is completed within 7 business days, depending on the method of payment. The shipping cost for the return (5€) will be deducted from the amount to be refunded. If you paid by cash on delivery or bank deposit, inside the parcel you put a piece of paper with the order number, the IBAN number of your bank account, which bank it belongs to and the name of the beneficiary. If you paid your order by card, the money will be refunded to your card. Any cash on delivery costs are not refunded.

 ATTENTION:
Shipments by regular mail or other Courier company are NOT accepted.
We will refund the value of the products and not the cash on delivery costs.

CHANGES FROM CYPRUS AND ABROAD:

For the return of your order from Cyprus, the shipping costs are borne by the customer. As soon as we receive your package, we will refund to your card or the account you indicate (any bank transfer costs are borne by the customer), the value of the products you have returned to us. It is good for the safety of your package to keep the shipping number of the package you are returning to us. The shipping costs are borne by the customer.
